Right to be informed
We collect your Name, Email address, Telephone number and Country that you reside in during the registration process. We collect these details to send regular updates and occasional marketing material – this is advertised in various areas of the website.
Your data is held on our Websites, Mailing software and Text software. Our websites are served by Flywheel who store our websites in their London based data centre. Our Mailing software is provided by Aweber, who have updated their data retention and security policies to be GDPR compliant. Our Text software is based in the United Kingdom. None of the listed third parties use the data that is held on our behalf in any way.
We hold an individual’s data for two years after their last service expires, at which point it is erased from our system.
Right of access
It is your right to request to see all of the information that we hold for you. If you do want to see this, please let us know by contacting us. All requests will be processed within ten days. The information will be sent to you electronically, via email.
Right to rectification
If you see that any of the data that we hold for you is incorrect, please submit a support request so that we can fix this for you.

We do not hold any payments details for you. We use PayPal as a payment processor. They provide us with a notification to inform us that we have received funds. The content of this email is your Name, Email address and the product purchased.

Security for your data
Your data is held securely on all of the aforementioned systems.
Websites – Only three administrators have access to the backend of our website. These accounts have unique usernames and passwords, as well as two factor authentication. This means that we use a randomly generated six digit number, in addition to the username and a strong password.
Email and Telephone Database – Strong username and password combination. Our provider does not offer two factor authentication for login, but the login details are protected within GSuite and therefore are protected, in one way, by two factor authentication.
